Worst part of all company charged me a 20% restocking …
Not advertised correctly. These are not true Hepa vacuums. They have an exhale valve preventing them from being a full encased hepa vacuum. You cannot use this vacuum for lead, mold, or any other airborne particulate. Worst part of all company charged me a 20% restocking fee and I had to pay return shipping. This is a glorified shop vac that you can get at Home Depot for $50. Don’t waste your money.

Good alternative to Fein and Festool vacs
Well, the vac arrived today, Box was well packed, with a larger outer box holding the vac box and a small box of extra bags.Instructions were all essentially pictures, the written part of the manual was mostly things to avoid and other safety related stuff. Most of the manual was in other languages as well, I would say easily 20+. Definitely a world wide product. The wand was packed in alongside the main body of the vac and the accessories in the base. Quality of the hose and the attachments was good to very good. The hose is still fairly lightweight, but still a notch or two above what came with my original Fein vac and the attachments are much nicer quality. Everything goes together with a friction fit and I couldn’t detect any leaks out of the machine while it was running.High quality stainless tub and plastic base with mounts for two attachments:Comes with one bag, they go for around 5 each. Very large, should hold quite a bit. Of course you can use it without, and have to if you are sucking up liquidsFairly typical innards, the washable filter removes with the large screwed in plate on the bottom. The dust shield deflects the flow so it surrounds the filter. This unit is designed so that you can manually back pressure the filter to clear a build up of dust in the pleats.Main wand can sit on the side of the body. This model and the one just below (alto 26 I think) have the outlet for a tool. Its rated for 400w, you put the switch in the bottom position and the vac fires up as long as the tool is running. There is an adapter that takes the place of the curved wand end that allows you to attach it to the dust port of a tool. If the suction is too great, there is a movable flap that allows you to dial it down a bit. It plugged into my Bosch sander and Festool sander with no issues.Size wise its a bit taller than my Fein, maybe a bit heavier but takes up about the same amount of floor space.Overall I’m very impressed with this new machine, up until a couple of days ago, I’d never heard of the brand. Typical of many Euro appliances and tools, it is fairly well thought out and designed. Compared to the Fein, its about the same loudness, probably not as quiet as I would have liked, but certainly not objectionable like the old sears or shopvacs. If anything it has a bit of an airplane turbine sound. I would say about the same amount of suction as well. Stowage of the long hose and equally long cord probably could have been thought out a bit better. I would have been ecstatic if it had a cord rewind like our house vac does, but considering the price and the quality, these are small quibbles. I really wanted a machine that could handle the tool dust collection in addition to keeping the garage and cars clean, and this one should fit the bill nicely.
