Really works and great customer service
Not only is this the best odor eliminator I have EVER used, but the company also provides OUTSTANDING customer service. With multiple animals including a geriatric cat, a dog and puppy sitting, my furniture and carpets take it on the chin. This stops the odors, cleans up the mess without ruining the furniture (test spot always first though) and keeps pets from making the accident spot their new go to – see what I did there? No weird smell afterwards. Just a great and easy to use product. The company is a small business and when I had an issue with shipment that was not their fault, they stepped in immediately and made it right. I actually told them not to because it wasn’t their fault and they insisted on doing the right thing. This is why we should all support small businesses. The owners care and are accountable- try getting that level of service from a big box store.

After testing out on my pup that marks alot after using this product he has not marked in the house again.
I purchased this item. My Husky is a rescue. He came to live with me in October of 2015 and is estimated to be 6 years old. When I take him to the dog park half his time is spent marking trees and whatnot. He marked my daughter’s room (laminate flooring) a few months ago and we cleaned with vinegar and water and closed our door to him. Then a few weeks later he marked my bedroom (wood flooring) and again I cleaned with vinegar water as best I could and closed my door to him. Well not surprisingly he got into my bedroom and marked again. I bought this product and tried it out because this could happen again. I followed the instructions by washing the wood floor repeatedly then applied Advanced Pet (heavily) and I did this process to my daughters room. I waited a few weeks and thought I better bring him into my room and see what happens. It took me about 15 minutes to get my self ready to go somewhere. I kept out of his eyesight but kept a good eye on him. He revisited the area a couple of times but just walked away and laid down to wait for me. He has visited my room several times since and also my daughters room and has not marked again. The smell is not unpleasant and easy to allow. I waited til I saw results before I posted. But I feel I can recommend this product.

I believe this will be the first time I post a review of anything I’ve purchased off of Amazon. Typically, I know exactly what I’m buying and never feel the need to speak to something I know well enough.This product, Advanced Pet Supplies was recommended to me by a friend of mine who also has several furry friends running about. In a twist of irony, none of them created any issues for the first several weeks I’ve owned this cleaner. The other day it finally happened so I finally got to try it out. I’m going to use a 1-5 scale. 1 meaning run far away, 5 meaning get it ASAP if not sooner.Scent – 5/5Scent is a big deal for me and my family. The last thing we want is to be walking around in cleaning vapor and scents all day long. The first thing I immediately noticed was the aroma. For one, it certainly does not have the same chemical smell to it as many of the other products I’ve used before. If I was a betting man, I’d say it has a light cucumber smell without the lingering odor of a research lab.Functionality – 5/5One of the selling points of this product was the claim that once you use it on a spot, your pet(s) will refrain from going in the same place again. It’s been about 10 days since the incident in question and so far, no problems! I did see one sniff the rug but she seemed to lose interest quickly and trotted off.Does it work?From what I’ve seen and tested, it sure does. Having 4 animals can certainly leave an olfactory impression on anyone walking in for the first time. We’re really enjoying the fact that we can get rid of those ugly stains and the accompanying smells from those areas. Easily, easily worth the price and we will certainly be purchasing more in the future.Overall – 5/5

Effective, medium-range scent, neutralized urine odor rather than attempting to cover it up.
Discovered after the fact that a cat had used the carpet after a move so it was dried and well soaked in by the time we found it. Shop-vac hot water extraction over the area several times along with soaking with a different enzyme cleaner and allowing to dry still left residual urine odor. Was looking for an enzyme cleaner that would be effective and not fumigate us out of our living space. Nature’s Miracle is way too perfumed and Petzyme, while smelling nice, wasn’t able to control this well soaked-in smell (could possibly work well on a lighter odor, it DID improve the smell just not entirely). I treated roughly a 4 square foot area (2’x2′ with my best guess at the origin point in the center) by pouring 1/2 gallon on it with a watering can and just let it soak through the carpet, the pad, and to the floor beneath. This product’s smell is somewhere between the heavy perfume of Nature’s Miracle and the light scent of Petzyme. It’s a sort of fruity-gum or cotton candy smelling? Either way it dissipates over a few days as it dries with a fan going in the room and it never stunk up the entire house or made me wish I had never poured it onto the carpet. The urine odor is not evident any longer (and not just because you’ve lost the ability to smell anything at all through the perfume) it’s been about a week at this point and the room is usable without finding yourself sniffing suspiciously at the air because you _think_ you still smell some urine. Don’t be shy about just soaking the spot and be patient as it air dries, the drying process is where the neutralization of urine proteins and bacteria occurs.

Does the job, but smell to us is overwhelming
Was to strong of a smell for my wife and I. Maybe we are just getting old but had a medicine or something smell to our nose. Ended up sending back. It did eliminate the cat urine smell right away. But we could not stand the smell ourselves.
