I got the twin battery packs for my C3 Craftsman tools. One pack would not fully charge. Within minutes I filled out return info. Within 24 hours 2 new ones was on the way. Worked perfectly! Couldnât ask for better service and quality.

1 of the batteries went defective after 1 use and will not charge! Missed the return cutoff by 4 days! Not good! The seller needs to make this right!!!!

I purchased a set of these batteries and one stopped working within the first couple days. Both batteries were replaced and with two weeks one of the replacement batteries stopped working and now I’m being told I am out of luck.
