Trae herramientas muy Ãºtiles para abrir el portÃ¡til ( se parecen cada vez mÃ¡s a los mÃ³viles y no es tan fÃ¡cil abrirlos como antes ). La baterÃa encaja a la perfecciÃ³n. Dura algo menos que la baterÃa original cuando era mueva ( aprox. 3 horas vs 4 horas de baterÃa HP ). RelaciÃ³n calidad-precio muy buena. Si alguien va a abrir un portÃ¡til hp pavilion, que tenga en cuenta que puede haber tornillos ocultos debajo de las gomas de apoyo del portÃ¡til y que tendrÃ¡ que despegar antes esas gomas. AdemÃ¡s la tapa estÃ¡ muy ajustada y es muy Ãºtil el separador de plÃ¡stico suministrado para abrir la tapa una vez quitados todos los tornillos ( 6 en mi caso).

Had an issue, Great customer experience!
Update!So, I exchanged my battery, and the new replacement battery works amazingly well. Charges at a good speed, I was able to get several hours of video playback (I got 2-3 hours and a fully imperfect test) on a full charge, and the battery retains it’s charge, all the while working in my bios, and giving me a great fresh battery experience. I do not know if it’s as good as the initial stock battery, as I’m simply not setup to test that, not would I have results from 4 years ago available, but 2-3 hours of video playback on performance settings on a full or near full battery is fine. That means I can get some good usable time with the laptop doing non-gaming things while on battery without any real worry.The other aspect of the story is that the company did reach out to me based on my feedback to ensure I had a smooth customer experience, which is great. That lets me know that they care about the quality of their product. The exchange went super smooth, and I’m a satisfied customer.So, with a working product, I was going to bump this up to a 4 due to having an initial product failure, but with their customer service and given the issue may be only something I found as a power user, I’m bumping my review up to a 5 star.Pro Tip: In your device bios, you can set a setting to enforce a charging limit on the battery. Most experts and the device itself will recommend you set this to 80% to help extend the battery. What this does is prevent the battery from charging much beyond 80% for a “full charge”. Why would you want to do this? Well, being above 80% or below 20% for long periods of time is not good for most Lithium Ion batteries, as is constantly charging them when they’re near full. This is why many devices have a 5-10% threshold where they stop charging even when plugged in, so why your phone may drop to 95% quickly after being removed from the charger as it’s protecting the battery from overcharging. So max charging at 80% gives you some extra headroom to not charge it against the danger zone, and can save your battery longevity in both capacitive charges as well as adding years to the battery, and preventing battery expansion.New Conclusion: Company supports it’s product, and the battery I have now meets or exceeds my expectations. Highly recommend.Old Review: Needed a battery for my Omen 15 gaming laptop. Was a pretty easy install as I’ve cracked it open before and knew exactly how to. Bios recognized the batter right away, and Charging took a while, but eventually got to near 100%, and I was happy, or so I thought.The issues:1) It took a LONG time to charge. Like 20% charge while on took 2 hours+. I initially thought this was due to just being tuned, and honestly, since I use the PC mostly when plugged in, it wasn’t a huge issue. But…2) The device loses a charge slowly. I had it off for over a week and it was dead. I didn’t notice it much between a few days, but over a week and no charge from an 80% charge is not acceptable.So, why 2 stars? Well, 1, for some this may still be usable. If I was driving it every day, it might be just fine. And 2, They let me exchange it, so we’ll see if the replacement batter works, or if I have to try to find another option.

Perfect fit, worked w/out any issues at all after installation in my Dell. No software hacks needed.
This battery replacement for my Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1 laptop worked perfectly after installation. Installing it was easy, just the tedious removing all the screws on the back of the case and swapping the battery old-for-new. No stickies to pry loose, just remove three screws and disconnect the cable and then reverse for install. After sealing the case up I booted the laptop and had no issues. It charged quickly and acts like a new laptop battery, holding power for over 5-6 hours (the same as the original one when I am using the laptop unplugged).

Restored mobility to my 2017 Dell XPS 13 laptop
Love my XPS 13″ laptop – awesome resolution and touchscreen display, but can’t update the OS anymore. Still want to keep using it but really didn’t want to spend $100 plus on a Dell labeled battery so I replaced the original battery with this $45 knock off. Original battery declined to the point I had to keep laptop plugged into AC power. After installing this replacement – was able to charge it to 100%. Initially hovered over the battery and it said 8:45 battery life 98% remaining. Ran powercfg /batteryreport. The original battery had 59,994mWh when new. This new battery, after being used for 30 minutes has 58,000mWh. While writing this review, battery showing just a slow drain. Not sure how it’ll hold up but it’s a good start. Oddly, I also noticed that while running on the new battery the fan hasn’t kicked on like it did with the old battery. The old battery was probably constantly requesting to be charged increasing the heat. Not expecting this thing to run as cool as a Macbook, but this could be another advantage having a fresh battery (less heat / less fan noise). Worthwhile investment.

It works, so far.
The fit is correct. Current usage has been good, run time, charging time, etc. The true test will be in about 2 years or so.

Perfect fit
I ordered this battery for my dell when it failed. This is an exact fit and even included the tools needed for the install. The screws on the back and on the battery are very small and the included screwdrivers are magnetic. I would highly recommend this battery and seller. Thank you

Battery failed after three months and no longer charges
The first two months the battery worked well and kept a full charge when plugged in and when not would hold a charge like the original one (~39-45 minutes). After two months it started failing where the battery would be low when I turn the laptop on, charge, then discharge and cycle over and over. After four months, it would not charge or hold a charge and now every time I turn on my laptop plugged into power, I get a Windows message that my battery is low, and the battery never recharges. I have removed / reinstalled it, removed the power supply from the wall and reinstalled it, and followed all the trouble shooting steps on this site and nothing work.I recommend avoiding this battery! You get what you pay for, and it will not even last three months, which seems they know that because they do not warranty it!!!

Quick to arrive and Easy to self install
All I did was follow a You Tube video to install, everything I needed came with the battery ( tiny screwdrivers). I am not a techy person nor do I normally take things apart. I was determined to try this as otherwise I’d be getting a new computer. In literally less than 10 minutes I have a computer that is like-new, the battery is lasting all day without a plug in, where I had 0% battery before. This replaced my Original HP battery and fit in exactly like the old one.
