Works well but..
It works well for it’s size. The only issue I have is the pump for the water doesn’t always turn on. Take the top off and tap on the pump and it starts working correctly. Have not communicated this with the manufacturer yet as it’s only been used 3 times at 1 gallon per use. Water used is below 125Â° F.

This is a big sucker!!
I am very pleased with this unit. It is very capable and can keep your carpets clean when some of those smaller units that just donât have the same suction canât. The only downside is its sides. Be prepared for a hefty unit. Itâs on wheels and itâs very easy to move around. You donât get this kind of suction any other way.Iâm very pleased with it, but be aware that itâs bigger than R2-D2.

Dissatisfied – poor unit
I finally had a chance to use the cleaning machine. It smells like cigarette smoke. The machine will not dispenser the water/cleaning solutions added to the tank. The only thing ooerationing is the suction. I’m glad I didn’t get rid of my carpet cleaner from Home Depot.
