Doesnt work
Water valve doesnt work and some of the brush tools are missing. While trying to return the product it has been awful!! They keep trying to do everything but take the product back. Worst experience dont buy from them

Product does not have a drainage hose
Machine did not come with drain hose which is shown in photo. Machine has to be lifted which is very heavy full to be dumped.

Good cleaning effectï¼

Aspira muy bien el agua
Succiona muy bien el agua mis alfombras se secaron en un dÃa despuÃ©s de haberlas esprayardo pero no quita las manchas tÃº tienes q tallar o lavar pero de que absorbe bien si mejor q una aspiradora

Overall Quality is good. However, had a defective part.
The overall quality of the device is good, however the unit I received, the water pump broke after about fifteen minutes of usage. The seller eventually after a lot of back and forth, and them requiring that I send videos which cannot be uploaded via Amazon, they sent me a new water pump which i had to replace myself.I have the necessary skills to install the new water pump once I received it. so all is well now.Device is good.but communication with the seller was difficult. they took 24-48 hours to respond to any message.in the end they replaced the broken part, but that solution will not work for someone without some basic mechanical skills.
