10 x strengthened transducers make the ultrasonic more powerful (40KHz and 600 Watts ultrasonic cleaning power) and provides remarkable cleaning results.
30L ultrasonic cleaning Washer durable stainless steel SUS 304 construction. Auto stand-by and sleep mode. Stainless steel cleaning basket for cleaning some small objects which need less friction, it can reduce the friction between the small objects and the tank.
Large ultrasonic Washing Machine is perfect for large commercial components, industrial tools and parts, carburetors, auto parts, engin parts, metal parts, lab equipments cleaning.
Preset heating function helps improve cleaning efficiency especially in winter; Please be aware it’s only an AUXILIARY FUNCTION, do not suggest to use as a water heater with individual use; it heats water with more time in winter.
Customers say
Customers find that the lab supply works well for cleaning engine parts and bike chains. They appreciate its value for money and ease of use. However, some customers have experienced issues with the heat transfer, mentioning that it takes a long time to get to temperature. Opinions vary on the quality, noise level, and size.

Works Great with No issues
This cleaner works great! I purchased it over 1.5 years ago and have had no issues. I should have bought one years ago. It’s a great time saver cleaning the hard to reach spaces in-between! I should have purchased a larger one. You’ll always find something too large to fit in the one you have. With this model, I heat the cleaning fluid before putting it into the cleaner to ~ 75C (150F) and the cleaner’s heather has brings it to 80C in a cold room and can maintain it.

It really works!
I purchased this unit mainly to clean motorcycle carburetors. Itâs done a good job of that. It cleans out the tiny fuel and air jets of the smallest carbs Iâve cleaned so far. The parts arenât as shiny as Hydro-Seal gets them, but the Ultra Sonic is much faster. One or two 30 minute sessions is all it takes. Iâve been using the Master Stages Cleaner 2020, also purchased from Amazon, diluted with water in this unit. That and the recommended heat gets the job done. The combination seems to be effective. The machine is kind of noisy, as others have pointed out. Itâs also heavy when full (of the recommended Max fill of fluid) so you have to pick a spot to leave it sit. The heater takes awhile to warm up the fluid so Iâve chosen not to place mine in the garage, even though it is partially heated. Mine is in the laundry room, where the tub is handy for washing cleaned parts. Overall, Iâm happy with this machine. Two thumbs up, as Siskel&Ebert used to say.

Works OK, doesn’t meet manufacturer’s published specifications
TL;DR — Slightly over-priced for what you get and it does work, but the transducer does not produce the rated power.I bought the 40A model, which purports to have a 200 watt tank heater and a 240 watt transducer. I put an ammeter on it to test this, and while the heater makes the rated 200 watts (120V @ ~1.9 amps), the transducer only makes about 200 watts (120V @ 1.75 amps). Curiously, this would match the specs for the 30A unit (although the label on this one does say 40A).The usable tank volume is approximately 11.5″ x 9.25″ x 4.75″ (WHD), which is 505 cubic inches, or 2.2 gallons (~8.3 liters). I’m assuming you’re not supposed to fill it past the ridge that’s about 1″ down from the top. The entire tank volume might be 2.6 gallons (10 liters), but the usable tank volume is not. You’re not supposed to set objects on the bottom of the tank, so the included basket further reduces the usable volume of the tank. The 200 watt heater took over 30 minutes to raise the temperature from 20C to 40C. I didn’t do the math to determine how long it should take to raise 2 gallons by 20C degrees, but when you’re waiting for it, it’s slow. Glacially slow…The controls work OK, but the front panel of the unit is thin sheet metal, and flexes quite a bit as you’re pressing buttons. The manual is what you’d expect from a typical Chinese manual; hard to read and lacking clarity. For instance, if you don’t have enough water in the tank, the temperature blinks ’01’ and although the heater indicator is on, it’s not actually heating. You do need to fill the tank a little more than 3/4 full before it decides it has enough fluid to be happy. When the unit is first turned on, the timer defaults to 5:00 minutes. Once the cycle has completed, it resets back to 0:00. This is a little annoying if you want to run a number of cleaning cycles. I had to keep resetting it to 15 minutes before starting each cycle.I have no way to measure the transducer frequency, so I’ll have to trust that it’s indeed 40KHz. The unit is not excessively noisy, but you don’t want to run it in your office. It produces a moderately loud buzzing, which is the tank resonating at some frequency. My overall impression is that I would have found it to be a much better value at $150 than $200. It does clean things; I had a bunch of fairly dirty sockets from a socket wrench set, and it cleaned them up. I used AIM Purple Dragon cleaner, and they came out pretty well. I also cleaned a few bolts from an engine that were greasy and had some rust, and it did OK on those. It’s good enough to not return it, but it’s no value deal. That being said, I didn’t see any other units on Amazon that seemed any better.

Works great
Real ultrasonics (not just buzzing water).Iâve used this to clean carburetors, hardware, glassware, and jewelry. It has survived 2 winters in my garage and still works.Would recommend to anyone looking for an effective machine for a fair price.

Works great
So far, so good. Using it to clean watches. It is powerful & creates a very even wave in the fluid. The heater works fantastic. The only bad part is the basket, but just buy your own mesh containers to use, as they are finer & hold parts better. I use solvents, so I put them in Mason jars & submerge into water which I place in the unit. At work we use a soap solution directly in the unit itself. They get a ton of use & still work great. So I’m pretty happy with it, & am glad they don’t cost $300 for a quality unit anymore.

Not Impressed, right out of box did not even get to use
Purchased New, all i was able to do is fill with some water and try to make sure it worked. sadly right out of the box the metal basket was the worst quality i have seen thus far, it was bent warped and the corners were not even complete. the worst part is the thermostat on this unit was not functioning and stayed at 1 degree C no matter the water temp, even left it for 15 to 20 min just to see if it would adjust to temp. there was stuff in the drain and what looked to be sticky stuff inside the reservoir. I do have two other units not from the same make as this one and i was really not impressed with the quality of this unit in comparison, the metal surrounding this unit is really thin the wire basket is not good, the drain is low grade, and based on thermostat not working right out of the box we can guess the rest of the unit is probably of the same standards.

So Far, So Good!
t worked great on some real dirty automotive electronic components and two carburetors so far. I used 25% Smart & Final Degreaser and water. Both carburetors took 30 minutes each. The electronic parts took 1 hour each load, but that also included some greasy alternator brackets, pulleys, distributor housing and shafts and lots of nuts and bolts. Also the water and soap was cold when it started out. When I did the carburetors I used Hot tap water to give it a head start. It’s not really to noisy. I used it next to the sink in our laundry room.

Works well, good value
I cleaned some fuel injectors with this and a few gun parts. Itâs a decent size for its price, I keep finding more things to clean with it. It works well

Had high hopes for this product due to the number of glowing reviews.Received in excellent condition. No damage on packaging, unit and parts all appear to be well made and fit together perfectly.Decided to do a quick test and tried to start the machine with a couple of metal parts and no heating – just tap water.Proceeded to trip my house’s circuit breaker after 1 minute, and would no longer turn on afterwards despite fuses and cable still being intact and power switch still lighting up.Returned.
