I didn’t realize there were so many different 18v Black and Decker tools. The batteries work better than I thought because of the extra prong on the battery. It last as long or even longer than the original. The price was also a good deal.

I have been greatly disappointed with these 2 batteries. I bought them to replace an old battery in a 6″ Black and Decker chain saw. I fully charged these batteries and they seem to have low power get the chain saw blade to move. Don’t know if I simply got a dud or if this is a characteristic of these batteries. I waited too long before trying them so I did not have option to return them. Lesson, try everything you get immediately so you are in a position to return the item is necessary.

I paid fifty bucks for one of these in 2014.
We have a small chain saw that uses this battery. it is great for pruning and small bushes. The battery lasts about thirty minutes. Then charging takes a few hours.
