Vacuum is now running back to its original run time. Changes out in 15sec. Two screws, remove cover, pull out battery and disconnect plug. Plug in new battery, replaced cover and screws charge and your back to normal. Original vac lasted bout two years before charging issues started and BISSELL was absolutely no help other than telling me basically they can’t fix it. So hopefully this battery will last at least that long.
