Cleans Well
We have a very large house and overall I am happy with this vacuum! It does seem to clean up animal hair very well! I am slightly disappointed at the battery life as my old NEATO could clean my whole upstairs without requiring a recharge- that being said it would normally run out of space in the collection bin and the last room or two it would leave stuff behind. I love that I can look on the map and find my PetVac anywhere! I can also set places I don’t want it to go, and can have it clean only one specific area. I think we paid about $250 for it and I think it’s worth it! I’d say the battery (even at low setting) is my biggest issue but that’s not enough reason to remove a full star. I’d give it 4.5 stars if possible but only because of that.

PA power is not everything, didn’t clean well for us
We compared this robot vacuum against our Dyson 360 VIS NAV as we were hopeful this vacuum would be a less expensive solution for us. Hands down, the UBPET software and mapping technology (LiDaR) are light years better, in every way. It mapped well, was user-friendly, and had all the options one would expect from a much more expensive robot. It is bagless and had a HEPA filter which could be washed.The biggest issue we saw was didn’t clean the carpet well. We think it’s because the brush doesn’t have enough downward force against the carpet, the robot wasn’t heavy enough, and the suction direction wasn’t optimized for carpet.We would run the UBPET and then run the Dyson 360 VIS NAV right after it and then compare the bins. While the UBPET would have some (I.E. very little) dirt and pet fur, the Dyson would easily have 10x more pet fur and dirt. The UBPET acted like the carpet was already clean and really didn’t pick up much. We even ran the UBPET on it’s turbo mode and had it vacuum a room twice. We then sent in the Dyson, and the Dyson still easily outcleaned the UBPET.Maybe the UBPET would do better on non carpet floors, but for us, we need carpet cleaning. All in all, we were very disappointed as UBPET set themselves up as a Dyson competitor. Again, if you have mostly non carpet floors, this might be a great vacuum for you, but for us, we had to return it. Thank you Amazon and UBPET for letting us return it.

after week use, updated my review to give fair feedback to future user.summary) just strong vacuum, many things to be consider before buy and keep it for usepro)1. strong vacuum starting 9000pa, 12000, 18000, 22000 and sound like it is stronger vacuum than regular vacuum force like 4000 to 5500pa that i have other vac robotcon)1. strong vacuum, means high battery consumption, it only last 45min for 9000pa, and 22000pa, only 16 min last before it gets recharge2. since frequent recharge, docking station on carpet not work very well due to bad contact between docking station and vac robot from the softness of the carpet, causing frequent failure of recharge automatically. flat surface like hardwood floor ok, but if you have only carpet with long, it depends on hardness if carpet with short texture.2. docking station has cooling motor installed to cool down power supply inside, which is good idea, but quality of the motor is ad, causing harmonic noise and bothers. if docking station positioned living room, no one there then no problem, but if you put this to inside bed room, for sure we will get mad, especially at night. high pitch electrical motor running sound3) no extra power on/off button for the robot4) without app, you cannot operate it. it keep asking to pair wifienjoy review
