This is a very well-made item
We have some 2nd story windows that do not open so they are difficult to keep clean. Previously we tried to jerry-rig a squeegee to the end of a pool cleaning pole, but because it was extended so far, the pole became wobbly and the effort was very ineffective. We bought this kit and it was terrific! The pole is heavy-duty so there were no wobbles; we were able to easily first get rid of the spider webs on the windows and then wash and scrub them. We also used one of the accessories to get spider webs (we live in a rural area) off the siding under the roof of our front porch. Why didn’t we look for this kind of item much sooner?! We’re in our mid-70s and avoid using ladders if at all possible, yet are still independent enough to do much of our own maintenance. The windows are now all clean on the outside. What a great product!

Handy Cleaning Kit with a Few Flaws
We’ve been using this cleaning set for a bit now and it definitely comes in handy for tackling dusty spots around the house. The extending feather duster is great for reaching high shelves and ceilings – no more wobbly chairs! It’s long enough to get the job done but still fits in our storage closet.The cobweb duster works alright for ceiling corners and tight spaces, but it can be tricky to attach to the pole. Took me a few tries to get it on securely. But once you wrestle it on there it grabs those pesky webs pretty well! Just wish it was a bit easier to assemble.Now the ceiling fan duster sounded promising, but we’ve had mixed results. It mostly fits our fan blades, tho some spots it doesn’t quite conform to the curve. Definitely grabs some of the dust, but I usually need to go over it a few times. Not a miracle worker but better than just a rag I guess.We were excited to see a squeegee included, but it’s pretty basic. Gets the windows clean-ish but leaves a streak or two. The little bucket and sponge are useful extras at least.One thing – the extension pole feels kinda flimsy at full length. It gets the job done but you can feel it flexing. I’d be gentle with it, no Arnold Schwarzenegger dusting!So yea, this kit is handy for having everything in one place and it does an okay job on most tasks. The extendable duster is probably the best part. With a few tweaks like a sturdier pole and better fan duster it would be an easy recommendation. As-is it’s still pretty useful to have around, just not perfect. Decent buy if you need an all-in-one!

Well made pole, solid, easy to use
Like the pole, needed for cleaning second story loft windows, 20′ high. Pole was well made with great extension locks. The squeegee worked and included an extra rubber blade. However, the holder broke on first use. There is a button that secures the blade to the squeegee, it popped off while using it. The pole itself is worth the investment so I won’t be returning it or asking for a replacement.

Awesome Pole for long reach
I use the TelesPro 20-foot high-reach duster kit for a variety of things. I use it to clean ceiling fan blades on a vaulted ceiling and wash windows I can’t reach with a step ladder. But my favorite uses are cleaning the ceiling of my indoor swimming pool and applying mold killer/mold stop. I love the ease of changing the length of the pole, and it is very strong. The previous poles I purchased of other brands were too fragile.

Very useful tool
The first day I had the Extension Pole I washed my house. It can also be used to assist in cleaning the swimming pool floor and walls. It is very easy to adjust the extension length you require for your project. It is also very well constructed.

Instructions Have a Lot to Be Desired
Everything looks so easy on the marketing video, but the instructions that come with the product are not not very helpful, and I could find no videos on the web, so in the end, I’m not very happy with my purchase. If I can’t figure out how to use it easily, then it it is not much use to me.

This product was just what I needed to tackle the chores around my new house with vaulted ceilings. The window washing unit met my expectations with its effectiveness. I found it easy to attach and detach the various attachments as I went through my cleaning tasks.While the window squeegee performed well overall, I found it worked best when used at an angle rather than straight up and down. I did notice some slight movement with the scrubber, but it was easy to secure in place.The other attachments were easy to use as well and performed to my expectations.This item is sturdy and well-built, though it does come with some weight. Its sturdy construction makes sure it functions reliably when fully extended, which can be a challenge to individuals who are unaccustomed to handling heavier tools.
