I shopped all the local beauty, drug, and department stores and then took a chance on these. I just ordered some extras because THESE ARE JUST WHAT I WANTED – replacement of brush rollers I have had since teenager. The 7/8″ ones I have catch and hold in my fine hair. – even the 2 inch long hair on neck. My hair is only about 6 inches long on top (wedge cut).; curlers don’t tangle for me.The bumps (like thin little wings) on the pins were a problem; they are not needed! I used a single edge razor blade to cut them off – VERY easily (cut away from your fingers!).

Gives a nice curl. Does not take too long to dry, depending on how you roll your hair (small sections are best). I use bobby pins to hold them in place instead of the the provided sticks. The bristles are not uncomfortable, but I donât sleep on them. I use medium size curlers on my chin-length thick straight hair. Nice results.
