Great Buy
I had to return the first one but I am unsure if it was defective. It cleaned fine the first night then it would only turn on three seconds after that. I bought a brand new Dewalt battery and charge pack so I returned it for a new one. The new one works flawless and I wanted to give it another chance so had it replaced. I dont think my battery seated into it right after many tries. As i said though the new one works great..great suction perfect for the small room I live in to clean up the rug and laminated flooring. Glad I gave it a second shot it was worth it. Other vacuums are like 150 bucks and most are corded. This is a good deal and built by a dewalt sister company..thats why people buy it thinking its dewalt..basically it is just a cheaper version..and does what I need it to do without paying 150 for the vacuum and 75 for the battery and charger.Mind you this does NOT come with a battery as I failed to read it properly. I had to order the battery after the fact ,but It is still worth the money and works great. Just thought I would clarify that before people bought it. Yes i would buy it again..since I got the new one a month ago been using it to vaccuum the car..the couches and everything else does a better job than most full vaccuums ive had in my life lol :POne last verification. It has to use Dewalt batteries it says in the instructions. Dont have any other batteries to test that). So if you have one that’s 20 volt your set. As I said it is a sister company so only Dewalt batteries work (best of my understanding).

The unit assembles easily and works well. Powerful and uses the 20volt DeWalt rechargeable battery. So far pleased with purchase. Used on furniture, window ledges and in auto.

Holy crap, this thing is awesome! I’ve had a LOT of tools and vacuums in my time, but THIS one actually did quite well right out of the box. Note: it does not come with batteries, but I have an extensive supply of Dewalt batteries for my cordless jigsaw, drill and impact driver. I’m remodeling my house so this got put to use right away for that ultimate test. Comes with all the attachments you’ll need. Not a loud unit either. Be sure to clean after every use which will help with long term performance. It goes through a battery fairly quickly but, again, thats why I have so many. Oh, and it was shipped fairly quickly too!! Great price! You won’t regret this purchase. ð

If you’re used to DeWalt, this vac feels weak
Suction is decent enough, so its a good short term vac. But I don’t suspect the vac will last long due to low quality plastic. One of my attachments arrived broken right off the bat when I first opened the box. Then will after a little use, the rubber valve fell off and got lost.For $40, it’s mid.

Arrived about 1 hour ago and put right to work. Supplied instructions are adequate but the referenced Figure / Diagram are not included, but it is fairly intuitive and easy to figure out what goes where. With new fully charged battery it did a good job of cleaning the nooks and crannies of the car carpets an everywhere else. Have doubts about the suction power when using the long wand. Overall a good purchase and performance
