Known for its reliably.
I clean houses and use the vacuum weekly. It travels easily and cleans easily as well. I have the suction to be very good and gets corners well. Does not do well on plush carpet due to no rotating brush but I do not use it for that purpose. My last one lasted 5 years. Warranty has replaced vacuum in past without any issues. I will buy this particular vacuum from Shop Vac as long as they make it. Bags are easy to purchase on line as well.

Gets the job done
This is my second purchase of THIS vacuum. Last one was pretty old and just passed on to the vacuum graveyard. The vacuum always did the job (use it in my sewing/craft room) so didn’t want to mess with another – just stuck with one I know works. Unit is a bit noisy, but if there are quiet vacuums out there, I’m not willing to pay big bucks just to save a little noise!I’ve been very happy with this vacuum.

Non-tip vacuum cleaner
I had an older version of this vacuum which I just loved but it died so I ordered this one. I really appreciate that it doesn’t tip over and glides so easily. I am disappointed in the material that the hose is now made of – its stiffer and less flexible plastic, thus causing the hose to fold or kink more easily. Please go back to the other material.

Excellent customer service and powerful little vacuum
The motor burned up after about 20 minutes of use. Of course I’d already thrown out the packing box so I can’t return.UPDATE 1 – Shopvac Customer Service contacted me and told me they would send me a new one. All they requested was a video showing the vacuum in operation. The video shows the vac operating for about 30 seconds and then it slows significantly. Along with that was the acrid odor. I will update after I’ve used the replacement for a couple days. I’d give a score of EXCELLENT on Customer Service!UPDATE 2 – Customer service came through and provided a replacement and a shipping label to send the failed one back. Used the new vacuum quite a bit the past few days and it is on powerful machine in a small package..

Tiny Moe but a powerful little sucker!
I use this product to clean my both my cars. Does a fantastic job, even gets rid of stubborn dog hair. Now that I have used this little powerhouse, I’m ordering a detail kit and dog groomer attachment. Don’t let the size fool you. Compare it with other shop vacs for yourself.

Awful quality control and a bad design overall
I traditional consider Shop-Vac the trusted name brand for shop vacs, but this unit changed my mind. While purple isn’t really my color, I decided to get this as a handy unit to have in the garage of my new house rather than having to run out to the shop for the big one in the case of a liquid emergency. Unpacking the unit it looked reasonable, set up as expected, and worked ok. It only comes with a floor attachment, making it a bit less useful than other units.Where things went wrong was when I stored the tools (2 tube extensions and the floor attachment) on the unit and roll it under the shelf. I immediately saw a major design flaw in that they put three half moon cutouts on the top of the unit for storing the parts, but the tubes make it almost three times as tall! Where are you supposed to store this thing? Way out in the open? It’s a huge waste of space to hold these couple of pieces of plastic! If they’d made the base extend out a bit and put the moons there, or added a hanger like my old larger unit, then yes, the footprint would be a few inches larger, but the height would be less than half where it is now with the accessories stored. The only solution is to leave them loose in order to store the unit on/under a shelf. That itself would rate no more than 2-3 stars as it’s really a poor design decision. However, that’s not the biggest problem…As I went to roll it over, I looked down and thought, “What’s this black round thing?” Turns out it was a wheel that had fallen off. The back wheel is just a puck with a small metal rod through it. I pick up the unit and turn it over expecting to see maybe a broken clip or something where it had fallen out, and discover that no, the entire corner of the molded part is missing! Thus, the loop that’s supposed to hold the other end of the rod was never there. How in the world did this get assembled and shipped without someone catching that. Unless this assembly step is completely automated, how could an assembler put the part there and drive that screw in that is supposed to hold the other end and let it pass without flagging that there was nothing on the other side?! And if it’s automated, then they need a better part inspection system before they get to that stage. At any rate, this was a really disappointing waste of my time and money.

Good value
I have 2 Australian Shepherds, aka fur factories. This little shop vac “sucks” and is small enough to keep local instead of in the garage or basement. The sound is not horrible loud either. My oldest is 9 and this will be my 3rd All Around EZ, burned out the last 2. “Aussie glitter” needs a shop vac.

Broken wheel
Looked like a great little vacuum but a swivel wheel was broken. Had a hard time with manufacturer for new wheel. Amazon was great though. Picked it up and refunded quickly. The box was pretty beat up so should not be surprised that wheel was broken
