So this is the response I received from Xiaomi after I reached out to them for assistance as the retailer did not assist with proper warranty support. They basically tell you that you are on your own and that they will not assist if the retailer don’t honor their warranty. THIS EFFECTIVELY MEANS THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON XIAOMI PRODUCTS!. Good vacuum for the price.Would be nice if it didn’t map the house every vacuum as it doesn’t retain mapping.It can get stuck behind doors etc.Overall its great on my tiles and carpet

No recomiendo adquirir productos de este vendedor, el robot comprado no tiene un funcionamiento adecuado, la falla podrÃa ser fÃsica o algún bug de la app de Xiaomi.Xiaomi no ayuda pues desconocen la tienda de Amazon como oficial, y el vendedor ignoró mis mensajes para comunicar la falla y poder arreglarlo directamente con ellos. Recomiendo a quiénes compran Xiaomi en Amazon que adquieran la garantÃa extendida, solamente asà se recibe atención.
