LOVE it. What an AWESOME machine. I have a puppy whom I adore, but housetraining him was a complete nightmare. The ‘war-wounds’ my carpet sustained from battling his training attempts were awful. The urine stains were very deep and covered a large area. Overall, machine did an awesome job of getting it up. There were like 2 defiant spots that didn’t come clean, but the stains were so deep so a few spots were to be expected. It will probably need to be re-treated a few times, which is ok. But for general, high-traffic areas with normal day-to-day soiling, this is the machine you want. This shampooer is worth every cent. It comes with a 2x concentrated solution in the box but I didn’t use that; I purchased Hoover Pet Plus concentrated solution from Amazon, about $11 for the bottle. I’m gonna attempt the cleaning again, using the enclosed solution with hopes of getting the stubborn residual stains left on the carpet. Normal noise level comparable to a vacuum, comparable in size as well so no worries on storing it. Cord length will allow access throughout a typical mid-sized living room & down a hallway. When migrating to the bedrooms you’ll have to relocate to a new plug. Comes with upholstery attachments & a cute little storage bag to keep them in. Super-easy assembly with only 2 screws to screw in, easy to empty, easy to fill, easy instructions, just an all-around great product. I recommend to anyone.

Easy to put together, 2 screws to keep the handle attached. The suction is fantastic. The previous owners of my home were wheelchair bound and i thought ruined the carpet. I also have a 3 year old and a older dog…so the carpets were funky to say the least. I used my older Hoover max extract 77 and the hose broke in half so it was of no help.I unboxed and used this less than 10 minutes after it was delivered. There is no rinse function, which i really wanted. But it does clean very well. I cleaned a bathroom and a hallway on 1 tank of cleaner. Then i went back over it with water alone to rinse. The smell is gone, the stains are gone and the carpet stands up and is springy again.When cleaning, pull the trigger while pushing forward a few feet slowly. Then at a snails pace, pull backwards so the brushes get to clean the carpet instead of barely touch it. I did this once and then on the next pass, i wwnt halfway over the previous row so that it all got hit twice.The floor was dry in 48 minuted with washing alone. When rinsing, the dry time goes up to almost 4 hours. But its clean.The water was black to start, and now is slightly discolored so with a few more runs it should be clean again. Great investment. Less than $100 for no smells, stains and a newer looking carpet. You can use other cleansers in your tank. My fav is called Awesome and you get it al Its only $1 or the Dollar Tree. Put 2 capfuls in the tank after youve filled it with water. Oh btw, the lid on your tank, look close. Its a measuring device for your cleaners, 1 oz. So use 2 oz awesome and then rinse. Works like a magic eraser for your carpet.

I love this machine! For the price of one professional carpet cleaning I bought this and can do it myself with ease.I use only boiling water, no detergent and it cleans beautifully. It even has an upholstery attachment. Love it.
