2. What should I do if my X8 Pro SES does not start dust collection automatically?
It may be due to clogged pet hair or first-time use (there may be excessive debris under furniture). Clear the robot’s dust bin and station’s air ducts manually. Consistent use should lead to fewer blockages as your home gets cleaner.
3. How does the mopping function work?
The X8 Pro includes a mop pad for light cleaning on hard floors, not for heavy scrubbing or tough stains. For carpets, set a no-mop zone in the app or remove the mop pad holder, as the robot can’t sense carpets.
4. What should I do if my X8 Pro/X8 Pro SES fails to return to its Charging Base/Self-Empty Station?
Make sure to install the Charging Base/Self-Empty Station against a wall and at a location that is easily accessible. Remove obstacles within 3 ft (91 cm) of the left and right sides, and 6 ft (1.82 m) from the front of it.
5. Can I upgrade my X8 Pro by purchasing the Self-Empty Station separately?

Bags do not fill
The bags are double lined. The inner lining separates causing errors [bag is full or foreign object is blocking]. I had to remove the bag, shake the contents to settle them and reinsert the bag. I cannot recommend this product.

While there’s not much to say about a vacuum cleaner bag, it was delivered fast, it’s high quality OEM, and they do a great job of filtering the air so you don’t get gross vacuum smell. So yeah, great bags for a good robot vacuum
