We work on these vacuums quite often.
We have had 4 of these vacuums at our office for the last few years. They are constantly being worked on. The clips that keep the it in the upright position are always getting cracked. The suction is very low so it is always getting plugged even with new filters and bags. The cover over the filter bag does not seal well causing low suction power. We are using these in an office / hotel room environment so they do get used often but I thought they would hold up better.

The cord that came with it (basically just an extension cord) went bad the second time we used it.
