lightweight and flexible
I love this vacuum! My house is half hardwood and half carpet; this vacuum does both with ease. As some reviewers have noted, the waste cup is kind of small, but so easy to empty I really don’t mind. Yes, you do have to hold done the trigger but it’s so light to the touch that is works with a normal grip & is not a problem. I wish it would stand up on it’s own & a removable battery would be great. However, the trade off is that it is very lightweight. The run time is sufficient and recharge doesn’t take as long as I expected. The swivel head is amazing at getting into tight spots & works equally well on carpet and hard wood. My corded Bissell is difficult to use on the pile carpet in our house but this Dyson beats the pants of the corded. I never really have to use the power boost function; the normal suction is plenty strong. This wasn’t as expensive as some of the other Dysons. Absolutely would recommend this as an all around vacuum.

I canât find anything that beats a Dyson.
Itâs an investment for sure. But other brands love tried have been a waste of time, money, and my aching back. I have used Dysons in my home since â04. This one is for my 87yo mother who just moved to an apartment behind my brotherâs house. The yard is filled with red clay and I could not convince her to enforce a no shoes inside policy. A broom and dust pan wasnât cutting it. She needed something with powerful AND lasting suction(check AND check), lightweight(check), easy to empty(check), easy to put up and get out daily(check and check), and with the bonus attachments which allow her to dust and reach corners without moving heavy items(check and check). Dyson(check and mate).

Adds an element of fun
Iâve been on the fence about buying a Dyson for a few years and finally made the purchase. Let me tell you – this thing is actually a lot fun to use. If you hate cleaning then this vacuum will change your life because it is so cool (or maybe Iâm just a nerd) and it picked up a ton of debris that my old standard vacuum left behind. Itâs easy to hold and go room to room without having to constantly move the cord. I rate it a 10/10 based on fun to use, good quality, and overall experience. Definitely worth the price point.

Dog hair be gone!
I was regretting the darker wood choice for our kitchen and living room because now the light dog hair shows up all the time. Dragging the old corded vac is a pain, and too much for hand vac to handle. My son bought a Dyson cordless and loves it, so I took the plunge. I love it! So much faster and easier. Suction is great on the wood floor and just as good on carpet as my corded. Yes, I have to empty a few times, but itâs quick & easy, and when Iâm done I just plug it back in for next time. Wish Iâd bought it sooner!

Overall very happy
This vacuum is powerful and easy to use. I love ther fact that it’s cordless. It’s my first Dyson, and I do see why people love these.My two slight disappointments are- I have to empty out the canister very very often. (Every 30 seconds or so.) We have two cats and don’t vacuum daily, so those are contributing factors. The battery life is not at long as we’d like. I think if I were to do it over, I’d get the ‘outsize’ model for our particular needs. However, for homes without pets, people who vacuum very frequently, or homes where this is a secondary vacuum- I think this model would be perfect. Powerful and ergonomic .

Great cordless vacuum.
We moved to almost all hardwood floors and with 2 dogs hair is a daily issue. This vacuum does an excellent job picking up the hair from both the hardwood and carpet floors. It is lite weight which makes it also easy for my wife. Battery life has not been an issue, we have a 2,000 sq.ft. house and the battery last. This vacuum came with a lot of different tools for both hardwood and carpet so there was no additional tools we needed. Power button doesnt lock on, but even that is not a issue since you hold the vacuum by the power handle.

Great RV vacuum. Use in our large 5th wheel and it works very well, picks up dog hair as good as any upright, including our large Dyson. Recommended..Update: 6 months in and this is still the best vacuum I have ever used. My daughter just bought a new corded Dyson vac, hated it and returned it. I let her use this V10 and she loved it and is buying one for herself , she has a 1200 sq ft house and the battery lasted for doing the entire house.

Overwhelmed
Rarely do I have time to write a review. I just expect things to do what they are supposed to do. However in this case WOW, let me say that again WOW. We have an almost 6,000 square foot house in the country with two built in vacuums that still require you to lug around a heavy length of hose. Regardless this is a fraction of the weight of the hose, hangs nicely in its charging station and I just zipped around half the house and this one picked up every single thing including hair from two great pyrenes dogs and even dust gathering under in a hard to reach place beneath a cabinet. It even got some cobwebs. The designer should be given a bonus!!!

Product is as described. Brand new in box. So happy to have found this Dyson V10. Have one from few years ago, yes battery life is shorter and change filter icon is always on, but it’s still a good vacuum. Looking forward to having second one.

Recibà mi aspiradora y no funcionaba. Marcaba un error en el que la baterÃa parpadeaba 20 veces. Se supone que no funcionaba ni el motor ni la baterÃa. Entonces intenté registrarla para garantÃa usando el número de serie que venÃa en la caja y la etiqueta de la baterÃa, pero en Dyson me decÃan que no podÃa registrarla, porque el número de serie era inválido. No sé si se trata de una copia o de una aspiradora Dyson de verdad. Tampoco se si se trata de un producto rearmado pues venÃa un poco sucia la aspiradora, y como dije, no funcionaba desde que la abrÃ. Solicité mi reembolso, aunque a la fecha de hoy todavÃa no me resulven.
