2. Why does the robot vacuum have only one side brush?
The model features iPath navigation and a single side brush. This design allows for efficient cleaning patterns and wall-edge cleaning, guided by smart sensors. It ensures optimal performance and lowers maintenance costs.
3. Can the robot vacuum work well on carpets?
Our RoboVacs can handle carpets up to 26mm thick but may struggle with thicker or harder ones. They can cross from floor to carpet up to 24mm. For fringed carpets, we suggest setting up a no-go zone to avoid the vacuum getting stuck.
4. Is the hair cleaning performance good?
The RoboVac has a suction power of 5000Pa, resulting in a good cleaning effect. However, if your home has a lot of hair, we recommend regularly cleaning the accessories to ensure the machine’s cleaning efficiency.

Eufy Fan
This is the 3rd Eufy I’ve owned and, so far, probably the best. It isn’t self tempting and doesn’t mop. It does do what I want it to so, very well. It has strong vacuum power and runs for a long time, covering the entire main floor of my 3400 SF home.

Works great! Some minor issues!
Works really well, but could be improved compared to others. It does a good job of sucking up dog hair. I only need to run it on normal mode – not full power. The smartphone app. is good, but it would be nice if you could drive the robot. That was a feature on the remote of my previous bobot vacuum. Would also be better if it had TWO of the spinning brushes. At least the one it has is sturdy – unlike the flimsy, thin fibres of others. Worst thing about it is the sensor on top of the unit that sticks up above the body. This prevents the robot from going under some furniture I have & the main reason it didn’t get four stars. The catch tray & filters are fairly small – as well (compared to others I’ve had)

Works on dog and cat hair!
We have had these robots vacs in the past with ok results. They have been more of a “neat” function but this little guy is awesome. It is not a fancy wet mop style but from what I have seen so far this little vac is doing a fantastic job. It does pickup hair from my dog and cats quite well. The map of my house is really accurate, best I have ever seen.The only downside I have seen, which is my fault, is I have to empty the collection bin every other day. I wish I had paid more for the unit which has the big collection bin the little guy could self empty.
