As soon as this manufacturer was noticed of the break in my vacuum, they contacted me immediately, looked at my photo, verified the damage could not be fixed, and I had a brand new vacuum on my doorstep before I could say âHappy HalloweenâSo efficient, so attentive. Iâm not sure why their contact info could not be found originally, but they found me.So pleased! Not only because there are still companies that care about their customers, but because Imhave my great vacuum back again. Thank you!Update: the vacuum broke one week after my previous review. The shaft broke in a non-connection point and could not be refitted.Amazon rose to the occasion and happily refunded my return of the broken unit since contact information for the manufacturer could not be found.I am now on the hunt again for a replacement. Sad but true.waited to review this vacuum until I had a few months of use under my belt, and so far I am very pleased.With young kids coming and going, birds and a dog, I go through vacuums often, so didnât have high expectations.This vacuum is a solid and reliable helper. The roller is magical. When they claim that it doesnât clog up, it really doesnât. Fur, feathers and misc. grit does not get caught. The battery life is sufficient for a quick sweep through.This is not intended for a deep clean, I have a good old plug in heavy duty type for that, but for a daily or midweek surface clean up? Ideal.Lightweight and lays flat to get under couches and tables as well. Happier camper (vacuumer)) over here.

When I ordered this vacuum cleaner, I really wasn’t expecting much. I’ve had several hand held vacuum cleaners in my long life and they have all pretty much disappointed me. Some have started off really good then gradually end up being pretty bad and that may be the case for this one too with time but right now, it’s a workhorse. The amount of suction is quite impressive for its small size and considering it’s battery powered.Assembly was a breeze, no thinking required, everything just snaps into place. Putting the chamber back on the handle after emptying the chamber when it gets full of fuzz is a whole different story. I struggled to figure out how to get the chamber back on but with a little brain power, I finally figured it out and now I know how it’s done.I have cats and several litter boxes around the house and I have a bird that LOVES to make a mess with his seeds. This little vacuum was ordered specifically to vacuum up the litter from the floor and the seeds that end up everywhere. So far, it has done a FANTASTIC job picking. It did great on my hardwood floor, vinyl tile, and even carpet. The attachments work great, they are so easy to snap on and remove. I am extremely happy with the wall mounted charger that keeps your attachments organized. There is no excuse for my attachments to go missing anymore. I have two regular vacuum cleaners and no attachments.The charge on the unit lasts quite a bit, I’ve used it several times in the last few days and it’s still charged.The instructions are easy to understand and it comes with 3 extra filters, that’s a total of FOUR filters which as far as I know, is unheard of. From experience, I know filters are super expensive so I appreciate the extras.So yes, this little vacuum does a great job at picking up dust and small particles but it does have two minor flaws, for me. And these two things are the reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5.1. It doesn’t swivel. It would be nice to have a swiveling head.2. It’s terrible at picking up particles from corners. This is remedied by using the wand, the vacuum cleaner may not be able to clean corners but the wand does a great job. It’s just an added step, I would prefer to get it all done at once.All in all, I’m satisfied with this vacuum cleaner and it certainly is something I would consider buying if I weren’t able to find a comparable product for a lower price.
