Great bench brush
When I was a kid, many moons ago, when the earth was new and dinosaurs roamed, we always called these “bench brushes”. And they were indeed made with horse hair, as is this one. And, just like this one, they did an excellent job of sweeping wood chips, metal chips, sawdust, filings, plastic bits or other detritus from woodworking, metal working or other pursuits off of work benches or tables and into a trash bin. Quietly. Efficiently.Buy one. Doing so may just change your life.A lot less noisy than a vacuum. Doesn’t require batteries. Not for sweeping floors (except as punishment duty for wayward children). I actually needed this to clean the toe-kicks in my kitchen and bathroom. The bristles are too short for the task and the bristles are too soft to be effective.

Disappointed by the brush thickness/width.
The brush is thinner than expected and the hang string is also thin and short. The brush is soft, has good quality horsehairs and accomplishes the task of sweeping small particles. The brush is light and has a sturdy wood handle. Based on the site photos I expected the brush to be a bit thicker and denser.
