The order was fulfilled quickly and the product packaging was superior. The assembly instructions were clear, easy to follow, and the vacuum went together easily. I was very impressed with the solid feel of the vacuum and its fittings. The vacuum body, shaft, and joints were all much tighter and secure than those on my Dyson, and they were made with much thicker material. Despite the robust construction of the vacuum it is amazingly light and nimble. I deliberately ran the vacuum for an extended time at the lowest setting, and I was impressed at the strength of the suction and the battery run time; I seldom used the top suction setting.The customer service for this product is exemplary. I’ve received several emails from the manufacturer checking on the status of my order and my satisfaction. Shortly after the vacuum was delivered, I received a letter from the manufacturer thanking me for my purchase, and offering a spare battery or extra HEPA filters as a “thank you” gift. I received the extra battery, and follow-up from a very conscientious customer service representative named Sabrina making sure that it was delivered.If you need a well engineered, high quality cordless vacuum, at a great price, with strong backing from the manufacturer, then this product will not disappoint.

so Easy to use!
I’ve only had the vacuum for few days and already love it! It works great! Has great suction while also being so light weight! It is so easy and nice to just grab it and not worry about a plug! The battery lasts a very long time and you know how much time you have left! I would definitely recommend this!

Great little vacuum so far
This was my second purchase of similar style vacuum on Amazon. I returned the first one mainly because it didn’t stand on its own.worst design ever. Thankfully I chose this unit next. It stands on its own and works well. Not quite as much suction as a top of the line old school corded machine but it gets the job done. I have black carpet that shows every little bit of garbage and this vacuum does a great job of keeping it looking clean. My favorite attribute is that it’s super light weight. I have calcific tendonitis in my shoulders and chronic back pain so weight makes a huge difference. This unit is lighter than the lightest old school style vacuum. Zero added pain from operatint or even moving the unit to the room I’m gonna clean. Another benefit is it comes apart so easily that I chose to store it disassembled. Takes no space at all and zero hassle putting it together each time I use it. I highly recommend this vacuum so far.

Sleek Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
I never write reviews but I had to as I was on the hunt for a new cordless vacuum and if this review can help anyone then I’m happy. The power of this cordless vacuum cleaner is powerful, works really well on my hardwood floors and carpet. The vacuum itself is sleek and so easy to use, the top button with the fingerprint (see picture) is how to control the power level (mid, mid, max) and you can see the power level on the LED display. I love that it stands on its own, many of the cordless vacuums I’ve seen need a holder or you need to lean it on something to leave it upright. It was really easy to put together and set up, the instructions are clear and also tells you how to clean and maintain the vacuum. I’m really excited that this has an anti-entanglement v-roller brush as my old cordless vacuum stopped working due to my hairs getting tangled in the brush. I’ll update my review after some uses, but so far I love it and really glad I got this vacuum!
