â¢Overall Impression:-This is a good value for a set of nice, sturdy, good quality, semi-sheer plastic drawstring shoe bags.-They’re good for storing and carrying shoes, clothing, coats, blankets for travel and general storage.⢠Pros-what I liked and what worked well:-Good value for the quality, size and quantity.-Drawstring closure.-Multiple uses. Good for storing and carrying shoes, clothing, coats and blankets.-Semi-sheer (but not completely see through, you can see into them but itâs not crystal clear plastic).-Larger size: 15.7 inches tall by 11.8 inches wide-Hold a pair of tennis shoes (even in larger or wide sizes) well (Hold my husband’s 13WW tennis shoes well.)-Waterproof (to a degree, water and moisture could get in if the drawstring top closure isn’t tight enough).-Plastic PE material with a good thickness.-Fold or roll up for storage.-Durable.-Reusable.-Have no unpleasant scent to them.-Dustproof.-Can spot clean with a damp cloth and water as needed.⢠Cons-what I didnât like and what didnât work well:-No issues.⢠Tips & Thoughts:-These are great for travel and for household storage.-They hold shoes, blankets and coats really well and are a great size for those items.-If you need something more waterproof (but they are smaller) the zip up vinyl mesh (enclosed mesh) bags are also good. I like to use those for smaller items, these for larger items.-If you had say a wet towel or bathing suit or wet shoes, be sure to really have the drawstring tight or moisture could get out. I’d double bag (one opening on each end) if I were using them on a wet item. I wouldnât want to use these vs a zip up mesh bag (solid closed mesh) if I were transporting a wet item with items moisture could ruin.

Works well for my purposes, large and water resistant
I’m one of those people that will often try to use something to do something it is not designed to be used for. Yes, that means I’m an old retired guy. I got these bags for two reasons. I do sublimation and wanted to see if it would be possible to sublimate on these, since they are poly bags. Well, that did not work. No fault of the bag, they weren’t advertised to do high heat sublimation, but it was worth the try.To the other reason, I wanted something that I could put many of my sublimated products into for protection in storage or transport. These work perfectly for that! These are well made, of the size listed and they are water resistant. I can’t say “waterproof”, but pretty close. They are thick enough to provide protection against scratches and abrasions on the products, but are clear enough to see what is inside. They are translucent, and not transparent.
