LOVE IT!!!
I am totally amazed by this vacuum mop! I did a lot of research before purchasing and it really lives up to and exceeds all of my expectations. I was first struck by how quiet and light it is, what a pleasant surprise! It cleans my floors so quickly and doesnât leave any streaks!! My last Bissell left my floors super wet and I had the change out the clean and dirty water reservoirs multiple times in a cleaning session. Somehow this machine cleans my floors 100 times better with less water, itâs magic! I LOVE the fact that it has a wall to wall brush roll, so it cleans right up to the edge of baseboards, doors, etc. Also, I really like the fact that the cleaning solution has a separate reservoir and the machine controls dispensing it in relation to the amount of dirt being detected. Iâve already saved so much money on cleaning solution, no unnecessary waste. The control display is easy to navigate and has an intuitive design. Lastly, the self cleaning function is fantastic! The roller brush is cleaned and dried as part of the process which is awesome because it eliminates any funky smells. Plus, I have pets and there is no pet hair left on the roller or in the intake pipe when itâs finished. Overall, this is a great value for the money and I canât imagine cleaning my floor with anything else!

Works as described, which is a tall order these days.
I researched several robo options as well as other competitive machines. The biggest selling points for me were the self-cleaning option, hair remover, cordless function, ease of the dirt & dirty water tank, and the fact that only clean water hits the floor.. I have owned other floor cleaners before, but this is by far the best. The only change I would make would be that they remodel the water tank to hold more for larger homes. That is my only complaint, if you want to call it a complaint. I was able to clean my almost 3k sq. ft. home in sections. If you have as much flooring as I do, you won’t be able to clean all the floors in one go. It will take the machine a few hours to fully charge. I use a roomba on the floor for the solids and dirty, then I ran the mop over all my tiled floor. It found dirt that my Roomba missed. I love the fact that my unit can get under low areas without having to move stuff all the time, and the ease of the self propel system. The turning radius is amazing when you had to turn it akwardly to get in strange corners. I am very happy with this machine and look forward to knowing that floors are clean. I would suggest raising the machine the next day to wipe any excess moisture from the stand, just in case that might build up bacteria.

ADDICTIVE PERFECTION
Was skeptical about investing in the S20 Pro but reviews ,comparisons and demos were favorable and provided valuable insight . Executed purchase , delivered on schedule and packaged per engineering specs which was impressive , final assembly consisted of installing handle ,filling water tank ,detergent and connecting charger to base took less than 5 mins. Was impressed with S20 for it arrived with 63 % charged battery . Wanted to take it for a test drive but held off and put it on the base to top off the battery while reviewing the cheat sheet /quick start for overview of features ,modes and the bells and whistles .An hour later it was time to take this baby for a spin ,hereâs results:- Functions exactly as advertised- AI executes as engineered.- Run time of 60 mins does 1500 sq ft of tile in highly effective cleanse- Light weight , compact and glides- Water tank location is awesome- Dirt / water is Compartmentalized- Overall cleaning and self cleaning results experience will blow your mind !If youâre serious about clean on demand without hassle the S20 Pro is spot on .As to the price ,itâs worth every penny IMO.If daily on demand clean is your requirement , this is ready and waiting !

Great combo vacuum but does require frequent cleaning
I love this combo mop/vacuum: quick charging time, powerful suction, and incredible cleaning power. Even the edges get cleaned with very few missed spots. You can feel how clean the floor is on your feet once you complete cleaning. Water does not pool on wood floors and does dry very quickly. The various cleaning modes (turbo, quiet, etc.) work well. Vacuum is relatively quiet as compared to robots or regular vacuums. Love that I can grab it at the time of a spill or mess and quickly clean up.I would have awarded this purchase five stars, but cleaning time was interrupted several times while cleaning about 1000 Square Feet of wood flooring. Vacuum tells you to return the vacuum to the charging station to clean the roller brush, dump water, or clean the appliance. The floor is not dirty, so disappointing that it takes 3-4 different cleaning sessions to complete the vacuum and mopping. Otherwise, excellent purchase. I would choose this vacuum over my previous robot vacuum for quality of cleaning, noise reduction, and ease of use.

Things I like:It propels forward, so I don’t have to push, and it moves fine even on uneven surfaces.Cleans well, especially the mopping. The smart mode tells you if you need to keep cleaning the area.Is very easy to use, not that complicated to understand the instructions. It’s not that heavy. Less than most vacuum cleaners. It performed great on hardwood and vinyl and ceramic tile floors.Things I didn’t like:Clean water tank and dirty water tanks are pretty small. So to clean my 3 bedroom I have had to empty and refill them 4 or 5 times, it was extra dirty too.Battery didn’t last a long time either. Had to charge it twice to cover the whole area.It tries to run away. Since it propels forward, you have to put in some effort to pull it back, not a lot though. Still better than most vacuum cleaners. It cried when I put it on a small rug. Didn’t work at all. The roller jammed.Best part is that the roller is cleaned by itself. Love thos functionality. This does that over 20 mins to clean and dry.I think it’s a bit on the expensive side, but I do think it’s worth the penny.I hate mopping because of the watery state the house is in, and I hate cleaning the mop after. I can’t touch the mop after cleaning. This one solves both those issues. Also, I have a dog who enjoys the mud a little too much, so this makes my life easier. I can just run it for 5 mins and all the mud gone.

I have been doing research for this type of product for sometime and I am glad to have invested in Narwal S20 Pro.This vacuum mop is one of its kind and has many functional features. It vacuums, mops, dispenses detergent, self-cleans, separates solid dirts, dries its mop, etc. This appliance is easy to setup and use. It is light, quiet and moves effortlessly. The only disadvantage is having a built-in battery, however, its battery is long lasting. Most importantly, it cleanses extremely well. I have 2 cats and Narwal S20 Pro manages to capture most of their fur and tracked cat litter. The solid dirt separator makes it easy to clear the solid dirt and fur. Cleaning and assembling the dirty water tank is easy. The vacuum mop dispenses appropriate amount of water for cleaning and the floor dries quickly.See attached photo of how much dirt the S20 Pro manages to clean from the floor (which I had thought itâs not very dirty to begin with)!

This vacuum is amazing, everything about it is easy to use and it self cleans. A little pricy but worth every penny. Suction is very strong compared to the other brands, just buy it!

Iâm a big fan of floor cleaners and have been using them for about 7 years. I like them, as I have hardwood floors that are over a century old. They tend to pickup dirt, etc.. but these type of floor cleaners do a great job. They just moisten the roller, as opposed to spraying, or a mop, so you donât get water egress into the wood and cracks.Over the years, Iâve owned several floor cleaners, including a few Tineco models, so I was very interested to test the Narwal S20 Pro. My first impression? A Premium Experience. Itâs clear that floor cleaners are evolving into more refined and feature-packed devices. From its sleek design to the hefty build that feels like quality, Narwal has made sure this model stands out for performance, aesthetics and features.Key Features:- Suction Power: The 20,000Pa suction is no joke. Itâs significantly more powerful than many competitors, with some premium models topping out around 15,000Pa and base models maxing out around 6,000Pa. This increased suction shows in its excellent debris pickup, including water. The Narwalâs AI DirtSense technology adjusts power based on the mess, ensuring maximum efficiency and extending battery life. It has several different modes, including AI, Turbo, Silent, etc. and you can press the trigger on demand to dial it up to max.Performance: The Narwal S20 Pro impressed me across the board. Its 60-minute run time is a huge plus, especially considering the high suction power. It glides smoothly, and i can hear the AI DirtSense Technology picking up power when it detects some extra debris, and expect this is why it can stretch the battery power up to 60 minutes. Lower power for lighter messes helps stretch the battery, while bigger messes trigger more powerful cleaning.- Interactive LCD – The animated screen and voice prompts are user-friendly, especially for those who might not be tech-savvy. This is a huge plus, especially when compared to cleaners that rely on confusing beeps or blinking lights. It also reminds you to do things you know you should do, like emptying the tank.- The vacuum head also folds flat to clean under furniture, though youâll need about 6 inches of clearance. It’s great for hard floors, but this is not a vacuum for carpets which âshouldâ be obvious.- Self-Cleaning This is one of those premium features, which is nice to have, though Iâm not sure thereâs a lot of real word value in it. That said, it should keep the brush fresh and odor-free, something previous models required manual effort to maintain. It also provides you with an audio reminder to put it back on its charger so it can clean, and also reminds you to empty the tank to keep it fresh.- Auto Self Drying – the self-drying feature takes this cleaner to another level. Many other models require you to manually dry the roller by removing it from the machine to air dry, otherwise it can smell moldy. With this unit, it automatically drys the roller after if finishe a self cleaning sycle, by heating the roller up to 149°F. It takes about 30 minutes, giving you peace of mind that the mop head is clean and ready for next time.Cons: One area where the Narwal S20 Pro arguably stumbles is its value to performance ratio. At $699.99, it’s priced higher than many capable alternatives like the Tineco iFloor 3. While you get features like AI dirt sensing and an interactive screen, those looking purely for cleaning efficiency might find the cost hard to justify when there are cheaper models that do a similarly good job of cleaning floors. That said, youâre paying for premium features, not just function. However, unlike some other units, the clean water tank is located at the bottom of the unit, which is a little less convenient to access and fill, compared to some other divides where itâs at the top of the unit.Final Thoughts: The Narwal S20 Pro offers a premium cleaning experience with advanced features like AI power adjustment, self-cleaning, and an interactive LCD. Itâs a fantastic machine for those willing to invest in premium technology, but its price may be hard to justify if you’re simply looking to get the floors clean. For those who want a top-tier vacuum mop with cutting-edge features, the Narwal delivers. For budget-conscious shoppers, there are more affordable options that are arguably just as good at cleaning.

This device under preformed, was complicated, and not a good value. Gave it a try but going to have to return it. Just not adequate cleaning power.
