Great clean!
I love this thing! Cleans super well! One complaint is that you have to empty the tank a lot. If you fill the clean water reservoir all the way for deep clean you’ll have to empty the dirty water tank halfway through before the clean tank is empty. Would be nice if the tank was able to hold all the dirty water from a full clean tank so you didn’t have to stop and empty it. It is loud, louder than a vacuum, but I wouldn’t expect it to be quiet. I used it while my 13mo was sleeping in the other room and she didn’t wake up so good enough for me. The antibacterial solution that comes with it kind of stinks, I’m not sure what exactly the smell is, but it’s not great. It goes away eventually though. Overall I think this is a great machine for the price! Very easy to assemble and figure out, you hear the suction noise change and sound kind of clogged when it’s time to empty the dirty water tank. After my area rug dried I did find that in some spots I could feel a residue from the cleaning solution on it, in the future I will make a final pass with just water in hopes of removing any remaining residue of the cleaning solution. The handheld attachments are very easy to use. I cleaned a very dirty ottoman that my kid uses as a snack table and it worked wonders on it. The water that comes out of the handheld hose is not heated but it works very well. End result was a very clean ottoman and a tank of very brown water, after only about a 10 min clean. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Amazing results
I bought this to extend the life of our existing carpet until we can replace it all, and to keep future carpet routinely cleaner. I used this on our living room carpet today and I am amazed with the results. We had some serious staining and the carpet looks almost brand new. There were only a few really ground in spots I couldn’t get all the way out. I added pictures – each one is the before and after, but they don’t do it justice. Results are way better in person.It was super easy to put together and instructions were easy to follow. Lightweight in my opinion, which is nice.I took away one star only because the dirty container had to be emptied pretty frequently. I knew that when I bought it based on other reviews, but it still seemed like a lot. the container only holds maybe 1/4-1/3 of the total available capacity before it’s ready to be emptied. Maybe there’s a compelling reason, but it would have been nice to not have to stop so often.This is still a very worthy purchase and I would recommend it even taking away the one star.

One of the best carpet cleaners for the money
I’ve had the older orange revolution 2x for a while now and it’s been a wonderful experience. And just now I’ve purchased this newer turbo model for my girlfriend’s place.From what I’ve seen from online reviews, it’s very comparable to the top end hoover units like the powerscrub series. Depending on the sales, the machines are even comparable in price.There’s a few big bonuses of the bissell line of machines in my opinion. The first is that, even though the tanks are smaller, it operates like an average vacuum. It’s relatively light weight at 18lbs compared to the 35+ of the hoover which means it moves like your normal vacuum rather than bing a big bulky lead weight you’re having to push around furniture.The tanks are easy to handle and easy to fill and drain. Cleanup of the waste water tank is as easy as filling and rinsing for light jobs, or untwisting the larger cap and pulling the tubes out to rinse separately on heavier jobs.Im really happy that modern machines like this one have a removable blade/ floor suction area that makes rinsing and hair removal easier.The other perk of the bissell is the hose setup. You just take the vacuum end, lift the port cover on the machine, and press it in. This handles both the vacuum line and the solution line. Unlike the Hoovers that have separate hose connections.You’ll be shocked how black the water looks of you’ve never used one of these machines before. And if you need help, there’s an awesome overview and instruction video of the revolution 2x on YouTube from one of Bissell’s EU divisions.Lastly, people complain about how wet this machine makes their floors, but the setting lever on the side reduces water flow, so you can reel that back when you don’t need to deep clean.
