Wow, this stuff actually DOES live up to the hype. It doesn’t remove every stain (soot, for example) but it does remove a lot of stuff and, unlike other carpet cleaners, the stains don’t come back. I will definitely purchase it again.

I was not very happy with this product! I will never ever buy it again! I did not return it, because someone in my family felt it empty and put it in the garbage iwithout asking! Or else I would have returned it!
