Very Disappointed
I purchased this hand held vacuum to use to clean up small areas such as the cup holders in my car and to vacuum the floor mats and crevices in the car seats as well as kitchen and den chairs. This product does not perform as depicted in the video showing the powerful suction that this vacuum was supposed to possess. I had to continuously go over the same area and still debris was left behind that the vacuum would not pick up. This product is not worth the money. I attempted to returned this product after one use. The instructions on the website were not reliable. The vendor never provided a return label within 48 hours as indicated on the website. I finally had to contact Amazon customer service for assistance. Because this vendor never contacted me, Amazon customer service issued me a full return for this item and told me not to bother to return the product. Needless to say, I will not order anything else from this company.
