This filter is washable, reusable, and lasts a long time.
I recently purchased a new Hoover upright bagless “pet hair” rated vacuum cleaner, and it uses this filter. A previous model Hoover vacuum cleaner I owned used a separate carbon filter and a two piece motor/fan protection filter that was washable and reusable but difficult to remove and install. This filter is a much better design and quality. It replaces all three filters on the older model vacuum cleaner, and is as simple as sin to remove, wash, and reinstall. It is very effective in protecting the motor/fan unit, and prevents dust from coming out the air exhaust. I keep extra filters so that I don’t have to wait for a washed filter to dry when vacuuming my carpet.

Better than the original
I purchased these for my grandma to have as a back up while she was waiting for her original filter to dry. She is very happy with these, and found them to be a tighter, more secure fit than the original. This tighter fit causes more suction and less dust and dirt that is able to escape. Great purchase! We will be ordering these again as needed.

Made the Vacuum Work Like New
The original blue filter sponge one was looking old and not clean, we had used it for almost 3 years. I’m so happy I purchased new ones, it makes the vacuum more efficient. They are easy to use, wash out, dry and use again. Great purchase.

My vacuum is like New again!
These are great replacement intake filters for my vacuum. After I discovered the exhaust filter was clogged, I went ahead and got a couple extra of these for the intake. Theyâre hand washable! Now I can just switch for a new, dry one and finish the job, and wash the other dirty one later. Saving the listing for future purchases!

Hoover vac owners: You need these.
A must if you have certain Hoover wind tunnel vacs, Your vac filter will clog up and you will need to clean the filter. Once cleaned, the filter needs to air dry for 24 or more hours. If you want to continue cleaning, you must have these spare filters to swap out. These wash easily with just warm water. They take a long time to dry because there is a lot of filter material in there, which your lungs appreciate. Just buy these (or the right ones for your model) when you buy your Hoover.
