Does what is says
I needed storage for larger quilts and this fits the bill. The bags are heavy duty. Clips are included to help seal the top, which makes it much easier. There is a double zip also. It is easy to use as it includes a little pump. You do have to pump quite a bit, but it pulls the air out and contracts the quilts/pillows/large items nicely. They are reusable. This makes storing large items more compact and safe from those dratted mice. Living in a colder area, we have many blankets/quilts that need stored and this is great for that purpose.

These are average storage bags
Purchased these because they had the assortment of sizes I needed with good quantities of each size. My initial impression was that the quality of the bag material was decent. Not thin & flimsy and not to thick and rigid with a good size end seams. The hand pump gets the job done and you can use a vacuum to speed it up, but will still need to use the pump to achieve maximum compression. All of this made me feel I had made a good purchase; however, within a week of placing bags in storage I’ve noticed they’re all ready losing some compression. The instruction do state that you’ll need to re-vacuum seal them, I believe it was every 6-months which I already was not happy about, so to see them already losing some of the seal is troubling. Will try & report back as to the status in a couple months. The Ziplock brand I used in the past was definitely a better product.

Bags are good, pump is mediocre.
Bags – 5/5: The 4 bag sizes cover anything reasonable to vacuum pack. The plastic is thick while still malleable. Pump – 3/5: The vacuum pump sucks, but not the way I expected. It broke while finishing the first bag. Applying excess suction will dislodge the internal o-ring. I pulled the bottom off (it’s baaaaaaarely plastic welded on), reset the o-ring, and now the pump works again. I didn’t super glue the bottom back on because this is going to happen again I’m sure. Protip: the handle on mine twists off so the piston can come out, easing o-ring reinstallation.

It is an essential item as it saves a lot of space, I like it because it comes with bags of different sizes.
