Great price, great value and it floats too. Strong magnets, don’t pinch your fingers. Cleans glass great even on thicker glass. It’s a hidden gem.

I was initially hopeful for this fish tank glass cleaner, but its design shortcomings significantly hindered its usability:Difficult to hold: The awkward shape of the top and smoothness of the plastic makes it uncomfortable to hold and move.Too Strong: The magnets are incredibly strong, requiring careful handling to avoid accidental sticking. This excessive force actually makes it difficult to maneuver the cleaner across the glass, often requiring more effort than traditional cleaning methods.Takes too long to clean: I donât think the course Velcro-like cleaning pad is very effective at removing algae since you have to pass over the same area multiple times, which adds to the overall cleaning time.Ultimately, this glass cleaner, while functional, is far from ideal. Its design flaws make the cleaning process more tedious, more tiring, and time-consuming than it should be. BUT, it did work as advertised, albeit a bit more complicated than it needed to be, but it did get the algae off my glass in the end.

I definitely should’ve paid more attention to the size before ordering, this thing is fairly large. Definitely would recommend using in 55g or more, but it does clean very well.

Quality magnet – NOT great for curved tank walls – Flimsy feeder, but cool multi-function
Okay, so this magnet isn’t working out the best for me, but it’s not because of the quality of the magnetic cleaner, it’s because I have a tank with several curved edges that aren’t the best to use this on. On the side where I can use the magnetic cleaner it does a good job. The fold out feeder square is an awesome dual purpose, although it is a little flimsy…you don’t need it to be strong and it handles its function, but with a lot of wear it might just snap off.

This is a fantastic tool for any fish tank owner! The dual functionality of being both a glass cleaner and a feeder is a real upgrade. The feeder keeps the food from scattering and helps my fish develop a routine, which has been great. The magnet is impressively strong, making cleaning algae quick and easy without having to get my hands wet or disturb the fish. I love that it floats if it detaches, no more fishing around in the tank! The double-sided design cleans both the inside and outside of the glass effortlessly, and itâs comfortable to hold. Overall, this product has made tank maintenance so much easier and more efficient. Perfect for my 55-gallon saltwater fish tank. I highly recommend this item!

Strong Magnetic Tank Cleaner
This magnetic cleaner does a great job at helping keep the fish tank clean of algae. I still have to use a brush for the corners but that’s because of the tank design and not this. I also like the fact it keeps the food in the one location for the most part. This helps prevent the food from settling in the entire tank. Overall, I would recommend.

works but hard to hold
I have two aquariums; a 15 gallon tall one and an 8.5 gallon. Since they’re not too far from a window that get’s morning sun, algae is a problem. I have a small algae cleaner but it’s getting worn out. It has a string on the inside piece which is good because sometimes it falls. When I saw this algae scraper available as a free promotional I ordered it. It’s about 3 times the surface of my old one so it should clean much faster. I doubt I’ll use the feeding ring as I only have a betta in the small tank and the fish in the larger tank just died. It’s a little hard for me to grip with my old lady hands. I think it might be better if it either had a silicone grip or maybe shaped to make it easier to hold. Other than that it works fine.
