I found this item and it had all the features I was looking for, the price was good, and it had free shipping/returns, so I made the purchase.I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now, and here is my first impression:PROS:(*) The included instructions are easy to understand, and it takes no tools to assemble. Just click the handle into place and you are good to go.(*) Cordless is wonderful. The battery life is fairly good – it runs maybe 20-25 minutes on a full charge. Charging does take a while but I think the slower charge is supposed to be better for the overall battery life?(*) It’s fairly light weight even with the water tank full, and easy to maneuver with one small exception (see below)(*) The mop roller housing is short enough to get under the toe kicks of my cabinets. I love this feature!(*) Very happy with included cleaning solution – it has a mild fresh scent that doesn’t irritate my allergies, and makes the room smell very clean. I haven’t noticed any streaking as long as I don’t try to move the mop too fast, and there is no hazing when it dries.(*) It’s super easy to take apart to clean and dry the components. When you empty the dirty water tank, you can see what it has picked up and it seems to be doing a very good job. It can pick up small debris and crumbs easily. I haven’t tried it on any larger items – cereal, doggie kibble, etc., so can’t comment on how well it does on that.CONS: There were a few reasons I didn’t feel confident giving it a full five stars.(*) Another thing that needs improvement is the size of the mop roller – it’s around 8 inches in length, but my tiles are 12″ x 24″. It takes at least two passes to cover each tile, and cleaning would go much faster if the roller were 12″.(*) It doesn’t do a great job getting into the grout, but I doubt any machine like this would. I have a long handled grout brush that I use when I’ve got something that the mop can’t get to.Some helpful hints for first time users:(*) I found that it works best to run a self cleaning cycle before you start mopping. This gets the mop roller saturated faster and allows the roller to move more easily.(*) If you have rectangular tiles or board-like tile (rather than squares), run the mop in the direction of the longest side of the tile . The mop roller handles that much easier because there are less grout lines, which can cause it to skip a just little bit.(*) Slowly push forward and slowly pull back towards towards you. I noticed more streaks/missed spots when I tried to use this in a quick motion like I do with my regular vacuum.(*) I also found that it works best to press the solution spray trigger in several small short bursts while pushing the mop forward, and then letting it vacuum up the excess solution as you pull it back towards you.Overall, I’m more than satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this item!UPDATED 8-15-2022. After just a few uses, my unit was starting to leave tracks and didn’t see to be dispensing much water at all. I had been taking it apart to clean it after each use, so I didn’t think that was the problem. I contacted the company and they had a response for me within 24 hours. They suggested I take a damp cloth, remove the roller, and wipe out the back of the roller housing where the sprayer nozzles are. Turns out the sprayers were partially blocked with something that looked like lint. Once I did that, the unit was working just fine again. So be sure to remove your roller and wipe out that area after each cleaning. There is a video on youtube (posted by someone else) that goes in detail on how to clean it – very helpful.

It’s 100% worth the money
I waited a couple months before writing my review because I wanted it to be fair. I’ll address some of the other common comments first:Yes, the tanks are small. It’s a small vacuum. If you want a bigger tank, get a bigger vacuum. There’s photos & a description that says 0.6 Liters. If you buy this expecting a bigger tank, that’s on you.Yes, you have to clean it after every use. I assumed most people clean their vacuums after using them, so I’m not sure why this is a big deal for some. It has a self-cleaning button. Hit that, let it run, then empty everything. It takes less than 5 minutes to clean it properly. It’s not a deal-breaker. It’s not “exhausting”. It also doesn’t take longer to clean the machine than it takes to clean the floor. That’s a bit dramatic.My review: The battery life is great. I can do my entire downstairs, roughly 1200 sq ft, on one charge. It says the run time is 35 minutes but it’s at least an hour on a full charge. I do have to refill my clean tank a few times, which isn’t a big deal. I empty the dirty tank maybe twice, then do self-cleaning & clean everything really well before putting it back together.It doesn’t leave streaks. We have hardwood and vinyl flooring and it works great on both. It picks up everything with 1-2 passes. Dried mud from the dogs gets 2 passes. Someone said dog drool takes 5-6 passes…if that’s the case you’re probably not using it right.My only complaint: it doesn’t get all the way to the baseboards. There’s about an inch gap between the vacuum and baseboard. I have to get my regular mop & go around the edges of the room. It’s not a deal-breaker for me. I only use the Tineco solution, so doing the baseboards allows me to use PineSol or Fabuloso.I needed something I can use on a heavy cleaning day or on a rainy day to get the dog prints up. This does both. I can mop the kitchen & clean the machine in 10 minutes before bed at night. I don’t dread mopping anymore and I use it more frequently than I thought I would because it’s convenient. The best part is you’re not just sloshing around dirty water that smells good. It’s clean.

I rarely write reviews but for this machine I will. First of all, I keep my house very clean and I was skeptical about this. Well, I thought my floors were clean until I used this on them. Wow, wow wow!!! The dirt that came up was so surprising!! The water was completely black and muddy! The only thing (and not a big deal to me) is the battery runs down pretty quickly. But, thatâs not a problem cause now I can wash my floors daily if I want, so easy to use! Best Christmas present I bought for myself.

En unos minutos está limpio de nuevo.No emiten factura, pero registras tu equipo en su página y activas sus 2 años de garantÃa.Aún si dejara de funcionar terminando la garantÃa, la volverÃa a comprar.El lÃquido limpiador es muy caro en México, pero no es necesario ponerle todo el tiempo; puedes usarla con agua y guardar el lÃquido para cuando de verdad está sucio. El chiste es que no se debe usar limpiador que haga espuma.Con todo y eso, la recomiendo 1000%

For the money, this is an excellent hard floor cleaner. Easy to use, fantastic clean, quiet and relatively straight forward to refresh, ready for the next clean.The only real difference I can see between this model and ones twice and three times more expensive, is the small gap along the edges. The S3 doesn’t clean all the way to the skirting boards however, most of our wear & tare is in the middle of the hallways & rooms anyway.Highly recommended to anyone wanting a cordless wet & dry hard floor cleaner that really cleans.Five Stars
